Store Manager in Vineland, NJ

RG Group is seeking a Store Manager for its retail store "The Hose, Valve & Fitting Parker Store" in Vineland, NJ. Candidate must have understanding of industrial products with an emphasis on hydraulics, pneumatics and instrumentation.Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Fabrication of new hydraulic and pneumatic hose assemblies and assisting store customers- Managing and maintaining inventory levels in the store- Taking and processing phone orders- Contacting potential customers over the phone to promote store- Product shipment- Providing premier customer service- Merchandising in the store (rotating end caps, keeping displays full, clean and organized)- Continuous education of new productsQualifications:- High school diploma or GED required- Minimum 2 years? experience as a mechanic or background in hardware industry- Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems/equipment is a plus- Must have demonstrated problem-solving and multi-tasking skills- Ability to effectively work with people in a team environment and at various levels of the organization - Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills required- Proficient computer skills- Effective communication skills, both written and verbalThe greatest of the RG Group?s resources is our associates.
